Starting Pastry School!

I will be starting a great pastry program at El Gato Dumas Colegio de Gastronomy in Bogota, Colombia!  It will be a great adventure for sure - especially as it will be taught in Spanish!  I chose it for many reasons - first being it is the top recommended school by those I have spoken to, including those that have studied at my second choice school of Mariano Moreno.
